XEQMLabs ("XEQMLabs," "we," "us," or "our") provides the XEQMLabs privacy platform, the XEQM cryptocurrency network, developer APIs, reference applications (collectively, the "Services"), and the website located at xeqmlabs.com (the "Site"). Privacy is the product we build. We hold ourselves to the standard our platform is designed to enable: collect only what is necessary, retain only what is required, and never ask users to trust us when verifiable alternatives exist.

Because of the architecture of the XEQM network and the design of our Services, we generally do not collect:

• Transaction details, wallet addresses, or balances -- the XEQM network is privacy-preserving by design

5. The XEQM Network and Blockchain Data

The XEQM network is a public, decentralized blockchain designed with strong cryptographic privacy guarantees. XEQMLabs does not operate or control the network. We do not have access to your private keys, wallet balances, or transaction history beyond what any member of the public can observe through the network's privacy-preserving design.

Any information you voluntarily publish on the blockchain (for example, through an on-chain application) is public and permanent. Consider carefully what you publish.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal cookies and local storage, limited to session management, essential functionality, and anonymous analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, content delivery, email, and analytics. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are selected for their privacy practices. Where possible, we use self-hosted or privacy-respecting alternatives.

External links on our Site (for example, to GitHub, Telegram, or documentation) will transfer you to a third-party platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms.
